2017 Comicpalooza Registration is Live

Innovation Spark is proud to announce that registration is now open for the 2017 Comicpalooza Maker Space at the George R Brown Convention Center – May 12th to 14th, 2017.

The time is now for you to start preparing for this event and we are looking to get everyone signed up as early as possible this year. To facilitate the process, we have created a new process for purchasing your space. Please follow the below link to purchase your maker space at Comicpalooza for 2017.

The Comicpalooza event has a registration deadline of April 15, 2017, register early for the event, as we have limited space, and all spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.  This event being a Comic conference, we would love to see more interesting themes from the makers that fit in with the culture and nature of the event. The registration will be a 2 part process, the first will be to purchase your space on our shopify site, this will reserve a spot for you at the event.  The second part will require us to contact you and gather all the relevant information about you and your space requirements. 

Please note the following for each space, there will be a $300 fee for new Exhibitors that were not at the 2016 Comicpalooza event.  If you participated in the 2016 Event, the fee will be $100.00.   After you register, we will provide you with a registration code to sell Comicpalooza tickets via your marketing channels. If an exhibitor sells 6 Comicpalooza tickets using their code, we will refund the fee that was paid.

Each 10×10 booth slot will come with the following:

  • 1 – 8’ Table Draped
  • 3’ Pipe and Drape exterior
  • 2 Chairs
  • 2 – 3 Day Exhibitor Passes
  • A Single Outlet
  • Discounts on Additional Exhibitor Passes

Exhibitor’s are responsible for all power connections (Extension Cords, etc)

Internet is not included and can be purchased for an additional per device fee during the event.

Exhibitors can submit for Panels / Workshops at no additional fee. All will be reviewed and approved prior to the event. No guarantee of space. All submissions must be submitted by April 1, 2017.
